Sales Service Agent
Reporting to the After Sales Services Supervisor,
the agent is responsible for replying to client business communications/correspondence
and promoting Solist Technologies’ products and services.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Reply to clients’ business communications/correspondence
in a customer contact centre setting;
- Reply to requests for information concerning
company products and services, billing, service policies etc.;
- Resolve all customer problem situations;
- Follow up all dossiers to ensure full customer
satisfaction;
- Contribute to company growth by promoting
and selling Solist Technologies products and services;
- Keep the client database up to date in order
to have available all relevant information when communicating
with clients.
The ideal candidate:
- Works effectively in a team;
- Is flexible and has good communications skills;
- Shows dynamism, determination and skill
in telephone communications;
- Possesses good people skills;
- Has a stable employment history.
Required employment qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in
business customer service or telephone sales;
- Good knowledge of telecommunications and/or
sound recording/public address systems;
- D.E.C. (college diploma) or equivalent training;
- Good written and verbal skills in French
and English;
- Complete proficiency in basic Microsoft software.
